After the signing up, you can view experts by searching for the subject for which you want to find service with search engine. You will have the opportunity to meet the expert.

At Pratify, all your personal information is kept confidential, you can review the Privacy Policy for further information.

How do I interview an expert with a service I want?
You need to choose among the experts listed for you in the field you want service. You can review the page of the expert of your choice if you wish, or you can initiate a meeting by choosing one of the communication options on the frame where the expert is listed.

If the video icon in the area of the expert is green, then you can click the button to start the process and make a video call. If the video icon is yellow, it indicates that they are busy. If the video icon is red, it means that they are not accepting video calls. You can get service through a different communication channel (voice call, messaging).

How is the voice call done?
If the microphone icon in the area of the expert is green, you can start the process by clicking the button. If the microphone icon is yellow, it indicates that they are busy. If the microphone icon is red, it indicates that they do not accept voice calls. You can get service through a different communication channel (video call, messaging).

How do I update my information?
After logging in to your account, you can update your information from the section under ”Profile" on the left panel of the page.

How do I get credit to make a call?
After logging in to your account, you can upload credits from the section under the "Deposit" on the left side of the page, or from the field that shows the "Balance" on the top right of the page. Once the purchase is successful, your credit is reflected immediately on your account.

Can I return the credit I purchased?
Credits purchased on the Pratify platform are non-refundable. You can use your current credit when you need to get service from experts when you need it.

How can I find the date of the call with an expert from whom I have got service before?
You can access the call information of the expert you've called before by logging into the Pratify platform, and you can find it under "History" on the left side of the page. In addition, this section contains information about all of the calls you've made in the date range you have selected.

I made a credit purchase but it does not show up in my account?
You can reach the details of the credit buying process on Pratify platform under the "Finance" section on the left side of the page. Check your list of transactions of the card from which you have made the process. The transaction may not have been charged on the card for the transaction.

How can I get a service from a professional?
You can discuss the service you want to receive from the message screen or by choosing one of the other communication methods. In the conditions, you agree with the fee and the period of the service you request, select the ticket button at the top right of the message field and start the process by entering the duration of the fee and service.
When the expert agrees, the service amount that you have determined is blocked from the user account. When the service is completed, the Pratify system will ask you for approval.
After the approval, payment is transferred to the account of the expert.

After signing up, you should fill in the fields you are an expert and have knowledge about. These areas will tell on which fields you have the expertise and will be the page that the users who want to get the service will view, as well as the page that you can promote.

How to set video call, voice call and message ticket prices?
You have the privilege to set up your own profile page via the Pratify platform, as well as to set video calls, voice calls and message ticket prices for yourself.
Video and voice call unit prices are calculated over the minutes of the service provided. The unit price of the messaging fee is in the form of a ticket (a question and a reply). The answer given to the question asked by the user after the their approval is calculated and added to the account.

Is there a URL link to my own page? How do I display it?
Once you have logged in to your own profile page, you can view your URL link in the "Share" area at the top right section. If you wish, you can edit and share it on your social media accounts.

Where can I track my earnings and calls?
After logging in to the Pratify account, you can view the earnings from the "History" section on the left side of the page with options such as type and date range.

It means the visibility of your profile to the users on the Pratify platform. If you turn this field off, users who want to receive services related to your field(s) of expertise cannot view your page. It is not recommended to turn off "Listing" option.

How do I get a call request? Is it automatic?
When the user contacts you by voice or video call, the call request is displayed with pop-ups on your screen. They will ask for your approval to start an interview. The conversation starts when you give confirmation. No call is initiated when you reject it.

Can I call a different expert about some service I want to have ?
Yes, you can. After you search for the field of expertise, you can call the expert you have selected through the list of results displayed.

What should I do to request a payment?
After logging in to the Pratify account, you can request a payment to the account defined in the section called "Withdraw Accounts" on the left side of the page.

How do I view my payment history and balance?
After logging in to the Pratify account, you can display your current Pratify account balance, all account transactions by date range, and payments of earnings in the section called "Finance" on the left side of the page.

What are the commission rates for payment operations? What are the commission rates of Pratify platform?
Pratify platform applies a 40% commission on the earnings you have in the scope of services you provide through its technological infrastructure and development expenses. There's no other deduction to apply outside of this specified rate.

How to serve by creating offer on the edge of the interview?
The user who wants to get service reaches you with one of the message screen or other communication methods about the service you will provide. In the conditions you agree to the service, the fee and the time, the user enters the duration of the fare and service by selecting the ticket button at the top right of the message area.
The amount is blocked from the user's account when he/she accepts the service related fee and duration. The user will be asked for confirmation after the service you have provided is completed. After approval, the amount is transferred to the account by Pratify.
